ABOUT THE GADCC

The GADCC is a unique affiliate of the Georgia Democratic Party whose mission is to fund member county parties to help them grow and expand.   Funding is also available for start ups of “new” county parties.   Each year thousands of dollars are raised by an Annual GADCC Dinner.   The Dinner features an ANNUAL Public Service Award to a Georgian that has promoted the welfare of the Democratic County Parties. The funds RAISED in the main are returned by application of member parties to the GADCC district representatives and follow the guidelines of funding.  There are no salaried employees.

The structure of the GADCC is enhanced by each member of the Board of Directors and Officers and are experienced Chairs or Vice Chairs of County Parties.  Our motto is “Chairs Helping Chairs”.  In addition to funding county parties, the GADCC holds an annual meeting of member Counties at which time workshops are carried out to help the chairs carry out their duties while supporting the objectives of the Democratic Party of Georgia as well as legal obligations.
